Café BÜ is proud to be a small cafe, that has plenty to offer.
We have a downstairs takeaway servery, with a bar to enjoy the atmosphere of the coffee being made, alternatively and a very attractive option is our upstairs deck, which overlooks Pigdon St.
A little about what we serve…
In setting up the Cafe, we decided it would be best to stock local products, which were ethically, and in most cases organically produced, but most important, DELICIOUS!
We here at Café BÜ love our coffee, which was why we took time to find a roaster that we believe to be the best in the business, Five Senses Coffee. We offer a whole suit of coffee beverages, to cater to your taste buds, or just what may tickle your fancy at the time. We use the Dark Horse Blend and also offer a rotating Single Origin bean or Specialty Blend.
St David Dairy, which provides our milk, comes direct from the farm, and is hand-bottled in Fitzroy at Inner-Melbourne's only Micro-Dairy. But most importantly, is delicious and creamy. We also stock Bonsoy, for a milk alternative.
Our Tea range is brought to you by Chamellia, a leader in tea, with an ethical and organic footprint. They also have a cold brewed and infused ice tea range, which is delicious for hot days, or when you're feeling thirsty.
Daylesford and Hepburn Mineral Springs Co. provide us with locally made delicious organic mineral soft drinks.
We also have on offer a small range of food, which changes on a daily basis, mainly consisting of toast, toasties (not to be confused with toast, this has added goodies ;) ) and of course sweets.
But really, the best way to find out about our products, is to drop on by and taste them all!
